Terms of service

These terms apply to services provided by Dadhich Technologies, Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Each project also has a written quote; where the quote and these terms differ, the quote applies.

Quotes and prices

Prices on this website are starting prices in INR, exclusive of GST. Your written quote sets the final scope, price and timeline. Domain, hosting, paid plugins, stock media and ad spend are billed at cost or paid by you directly.

Payments

Website projects: 50% advance, 50% before launch. Monthly services: billed in advance each month. SEO plans have a 3-month minimum; other monthly services can be stopped with one month’s notice.

Ownership

Once paid in full, you own your website’s design, content and code (excluding third-party licensed components). Domains, hosting, Google and Meta ad accounts, analytics and Business Profiles are set up in your name.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that content, images and claims you provide are accurate and that you have the rights to use them. You are responsible for meeting industry rules that apply to your business (for example RERA, medical advertising or FSSAI requirements).

Results

We commit to the agreed work and honest reporting. Search rankings and ad results depend on factors outside our control, so we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales.

Revisions and delays

Quotes include two rounds of revisions per deliverable. Timelines start once we receive content and access; delays in content may move launch dates.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service concerned in the previous three months.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
